  1. Closed investment from Integrity Growth Partners to accelerate organic and acquisition growth
  2. Expanded our industry-leading server warranty coverage to six additional countries in EMEA.
  3. Released ScalePad Strategy and Digital Maturity Index which addresses the challenge of measuring, monitoring, and communicating risk in the client environment.
  4. Acquired Backup Radar, an end-to-end automation platform for backup monitoring, reporting, and compliance

What is your largest channel challenge in 2022?

Partners are still dealing with hardware supply challenges long lead times make improving or even maintaining their clients environments challenging. Uncertainty persists for MSPs as their SMB clients move to hybrid work from home models. Cybersecurity and risk management will continue to be top of mind for everyone in the channel. Macroeconomic issues over the next year might be a factor too rising inflation could stifle investment that might help the chip and semiconductor shortage.
