An industry veteran spending 18+ years at AT&T holding many different leadership positions in channel, sales and mktg lines of business. At AT&T, she is most known for being the channel leader of the AT&T Partner Exchange program which is the first of its kind in the industry and was also the channel leader at Intrado focused on UCaaS growth. What are your top channel accomplishments:

In 2021, Meredith developed and launched 4 channel programs, redesigned 1 and expanded 2 resulting in more margin and growth for vendors and the partner community. She also consulted with >35 vendors on their partner strategy and framework coupled with partner activation, automation of processes and the partner journey. She is also the recipient of the top 10 most inspiring women leaders to follow in 2022 by Insights Success and the top 10 most influential CROs of 2021 by Industry Era.

What is your largest channel challenge in 2022?

Our success is based on the success of the channel ecosystem and in 2022 more than any other year, this means caring for the health and well being of the partners, vendors and distributors who have been in an extended sprint to help companies survive the pandemic. We must continue to execute on programs that empower their growth and bring fair and equitable models to the channel for continued success.

What are your top channel goals for 2022?

Our goal remains the #savethechannel in all that we do. We are a channel first firm who focuses on the health & well being of the channel including embracing new channel routes to market that will change the face of the traditional channel. In 2022, we will also invest in our recently launched 5G Edge Compute Channel First Program supporting partners in 5G. Removing the hype around 5G & Edge Compute is a personal challenge of mine & turn it into an actual business for the partner community.

What else should we know about the Channel Leader or Channel Program?

Meredith also leads the Market Action Planning process which works with vendors to identify their right routes to market, how to leverage those routes profitably and how to have an ethical and trust partnership with partners. She has partnered with partner communities and launched programs that help them grow their demand for services. As an advocate for the channel, she has helped major carriers build relationships in the channel and major IT solution aggregators vet and onboard new vendors.
