Michelle Ragusa-McBain serves as Global Provider Elevate Lead and Channel MSP Evangelistt Cisco. Her mission is to help MSP’s elevate and succeed through partnership with Cisco and the Provider Elevate community.

Creating the first Cisco MSP community for SMB called Provider Elevate. Enabling training enablement and acceleration for our MSP’s for the Global Partner Organization around the world. Our grassroots community approach allows Cisco to show up in the technology channel ecosystem to drive awareness, education, and learnings for mutual success.

What is your largest channel challenge in 2022?

The largest channel challenge we experienced in 2022 is the shift in resources and focus to help support Ukraine during these challenging times.

Grow 20% to 30%

How much do you expect to grow your MDF (Marketing Development Funds) in 2022?

Grow 10% to 20%

What are your top channel goals for 2022?

To onboard new and grow existing partners in to our Cisco provider select program and help them grow their profits and business with Cisco solutions.
