As the former CEO for an MSP, Paul has an extensive background in cybersecurity. Throughout the years, Paul has advised multiple healthcare organizations on the security measures they needed to have in place to protect their information, and be in compliance with HIPAA. As the VP of Partner Engagement and Cybersecurity with Compliancy Group, Paul works with technology service provider partners, advising them on how HIPAA compliance can benefit their business. Became the sole endorsed solution for many top associations, further helping MSPs to sell compliance by partnering with an industry-recognized company. Through compliance as a door opener, we helped a longtime MSP partner sell a huge healthcare deal. We doubled the number of channel partners we work with, making us successful during COVID.

Differentiation remains one of the most important factors to success. Channel partners that offer clients a complete package are more successful as clients stay sticky to that firm. For channel partners in the healthcare space, offering compliance solutions, particularly with HIPAA, allows partners to differentiate their stack and increase client loyalty.

What else should we know about the Channel Leader or Channel Program?

Paul is our road warrior! Even with a pandemic, he still manages to get himself to trade shows, partner events, etc. in order to make Compliancy Group’s presence greater within the channel.
