What is your largest channel challenge in 2022?

The Channel is home to innovation and next gen solutions, it always has been, and it always will be. BSN and I have seen a gap in the value of protecting humans over data. It is a personal and professional vendetta in the coming year to
advocate for a “people first, technology second” channel culture. In every way possible, we will be reshaping, remolding, and reenergizing our partners and channel friends to empower their people to be their own superhuman
firewalls.

How much do you expect to grow your channel in 2022?

Grow 10% to 20%

How much do you expect to grow your MDF (Marketing Development Funds) in 2022?

Grow 20% to 30%

What are your top channel goals for 2022?

BSN will unequivocally focus on transforming our culture around the audacity to “stop looking at Cybersecurity the Old-Fashioned way”. People first, always. I have found that my MSP partners are looking for vendor partnerships centered around helping their humans shift from risk to asset. Empowering the humans behind the technology. Not shaming them for not being experts in cybersecurity and technology. Our biggest goal for 2022 is to put the power back in the user experience and empower them.

What else should we know about the Channel Leader or Channel Program?

While there are many accomplishments that are significant and have helped grow BSN, it is Tracie’s leadership that deserves so many accolades. Tracie is the type of leader that you want to follow. Her drive and determination are unmatched but never at the expense of her teammates. She values the team above anything. Honestly, she has pushed all of us to be better leaders/teammates.
The key to our success will be her focus on community over competition.
